1. I've read and understood the program guidelines, and confirm this project aligns with them and will genuinely benefit our local community.
2. Our organisation holds a valid ABN, an Australian bank account, and is (or is willing to become) a Community Bank Lancefield and Romsey customer, with no other sponsor that's a financial institution.
3. We have the capacity to deliver this project, with all required licences, permits and insurances in place (or to be arranged).
4. Any staff or volunteers working with children hold a valid Working with Children Check.
5. This funding won't be used for costs already incurred, to change laws or make political donations, or for anything that breaks the law, involves gambling or weapons, harms people, animals or the environment, excludes any part of our community, contributes to modern slavery, or takes place solely outside Australia.
